Hey dev, could you please explain why the premine is 2% of the total max coins of PoW + PoS (2 milllion premine) instead of 2% of PoW. Because this will mean that at the end of the PoW period there will be 14.5 million coins from the premine and PoW which yields an effective premine of 2/14.5*100% = 13.8% which seems absurdly high to me.

Love this coin! I made an all-in-one windows installer if anyone wants to get this version installed with config files and such as well.
