Yes, in Zimbabwe, debtors were also happy, they were clean of debt in no time.

Banks saw their balances go to zero. Credits and debits were worthless.

So, the 90% or so of ex-debtors are all happy in the middle of an economy in wrecks Smiley

So the best debtor (USA) will be ultra happy to see his debt dissapear and thats why he will adopt bitcoin with determinism hehe.

We are joking about it, but if bitcoin really goes mainstream, that could have serious economics consequences. That, indeed, could provoke the collapse of the dollar (but even in this case, not the collapse of society).

haha yes, that's one reason why i'm paying it off slowly by paying a relatively small amount per month so that at this rate it would take 3 years to pay off.

By that time my bitcoin holdings would probably be so large that i'd laugh at the debt.

I should lend more fiat but i doubt the bank will let me with my current credit rating and being a student.
