Pools seems to be down again. This pool is really BIG, please, maintain it well, every day it is down for some reason several times.

the daemon fell out of sync.  Had to restart it.
I will be doing some server maintenance later today hopefully that might help solve some of the issues with the daemon.

there were a few miners mining with  non duck address's so I had to make the payouts manually.. they are all completed now.

This is not in incorrect stat, it takes several hours for net hash rate to report correctly.  There is nothing to fix.

I still haven't got the payment.

I can see my hashrate in the pool, the total shares submited also are increasing, but the total paid not moving... and in the wallet nothing received.

refresh your wallet and make sure your daemon has been synced.. all payments have gone out.

I can see in block explorer that it's from block 5200, currently bc_height in wallet shows 6214, I've refreshed and nothing.

I have verified, all blocks with 60 confirms have been paid.  All failed payments have been manually completed.
The database says the following regarding your DD address:

I can not verify where the transactions go once payment is completed.
