Made 2 screenshots, one shows the add asset button on the right and the other one shows the main search box on the left. I think the button on the right is only there when you have added an asset either via the search shown in pic 2 or via clicking on asset exchange and adding an asset there.

It is possible that the blockchain is still downloading. What is your current block ? (in block tab)

You are on fork I think. Logout from client, delete nxt_db directory and restart client and wait until all blockchain is loaded.

EDIT: Use at least 1.1.3 version!!!!

You don't need to add asset. If you applied for NEM token, wait until blockchain is completely loaded and you'll see your NEM asset in dashboard or in Asset Exchange-> My assets.

I can't believe it that so many selling so low. Well I just enlarged my stake a little. I never thought that NEM on the AE actually worsen the distribution.
