...
Can we implement this P>C>0 sequence in the starting .bat file?

In Windows - try adding to "hosts" (windows\system32\drivers\etc) this: 127.0.0.1 hirop2pool.girino.org

He is using multiple proxy's, no way to find out all IP's.
Nope

It only uses this port, not sure about address.
I don't feel sorry for 2%, but I don't understand what makes this pool, there is almost only pool messages and no accepted.

One more method to disable 2% donate pool: block TCP-port 7903 on your router/firewall and this pool looks dead in sgminer.

2% is a bit, but the evil that frequent switching between pools kills the entire profit.
Dev must come up with another method of donation.

Yes, exactly my thoughts, i am okay for donating to a work well done, but not killing all the positives.
If i dont do the failover only, its switching all the time and i am actually getting less hashrate not more ...

Doesn't play well with CGWatcher that I can see -- too frequent switching of pools, and the "hidden" pool that mines for the developer basically screws up all sorts of things in CGWatcher.

Interestingly, out of 6 rigs running this new sgminer fork, I was able to switch off failover (P => C => 0) only on 2 machines. The other 4 don't allow me to enter "0", that is I put "0" in the field but when I hit "enter" — nothing happens.

Hello All,

I have recently announced in the portuguese forums, as a "beta test" and am now annoucing for everyone my improvements made on X11 GPU mining. This was tested on r9 280x and yielded 40% speed improvement, minign at 3000Kh/s with "--gpu-engine 1100".

Mines DARKCOIN or any other X11 coin.

WARNING: This is not a free (as in beer) version. This version of the miner mines 2% of the time as a donation fee to the developer. As the improvement in hashrate is close to 50%, i don't think you should mind donating 2% of your time to the developer who made it possible.

Please test it and post results here.

Those versions where tested on ubuntu 12.04 and windows 7.

Download Links:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/zhfbr8xh6zw0gi0/AACa7_sc0PiTYDPv6E3AhRsTa

Good mining for all.

EDIT: Built a new version with mingw instead of cygwin, and the temperatures and fan speed should work now.
