I dunno. Admin and moderation type stuff? I imagine the day-to-day running of this forum is a big task in itself, but maybe that's just an illusion and he's lazy , but I'm inclined to assume the former rather than the latter.

They were disabled due to an exploit and they probably won't be back until the new forum software.

Yes, changing avatar have been blocked since the last hack of this forum. AFAIK, no one is able to change the avatar.

There are no more avatars, you can ask Theymos to remove it, but not change or add it. I can't see your avatar, so I assume he just removed it.
