If you're too concerned  about your negative feedback, just stop using this account and create a new one.

Nope. Not possible either. Only the staff is able to delete posts in most boards. Unless you're the creator of a post you won't be able to delete replies either.

But he could still lock and edit all his threads.

Why do you want to do that ?

Because he has got shitload of negative feedback on his profile. Spamming other users requesting the removal of feedback didn't work:

Theymos already stated that he won't be deleting bitcointalk accounts. Unless you have some serious problems, try contacting him.

There is no option to delete an account on BitcoinTalk but you can try contacting administrators.

According to BadBear and Maged, theymos won't delete your account because it is a troublesome process.

I'd like theymos' statement on this rather than speculations.
Judging by other threads here, and looking at the help section, it should be technically possible. Heck over at Litecointalk you can do it yourself, and it looks like the same forum software.
We don't delete accounts anymore, because it is quite a bit of work. Before an account is deleted, theymos has to do at least the following:
1) Make sure that the account wasn't hacked.
2) Check for any existing scam accusations against the person.
3) Check their outbound PMs for scammy behavior.

This is a long, painful process, so theymos just doesn't do it anymore.

He's said before he doesn't do it anymore.

I doubt any SMF forum has this feature, I think admin can delete you from the database but it would require effort, if you just don't like the forum you can logout and forget about it.
