It means you have just 1 post for May 21 - May 25 dates. You have to make at least 10 posts to be paid. So, you'll be paid in the next cycle. For posts May 21 - June 1 (if you have 10 posts and more for this period).

acs267, actually, do not see the sense in this struggle. You always have a chance to profit from your signature (with one OP or other among those who pay on a par). The question is what company you would like to promote. There's enough space for everyone.
