As the topic says I need good amount of paypal and can provide btc.No scammer no chargebacks.
Rate is Bitstamp -3% .I will hold the paypal funds for 48-72 hrs depending upon the account status.

IF you send this guy money via paypal you wont get any coins back. I know you can just do a chargeback, but I wouldnt bother giving this user any money for free.
