He hasn't been showing up here either. I hope to see some development when mt.gox opens.

Am I the only one left not receiving funds?

No. I sent btc on the 14th.

Annona ad! Please keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with Bitcoin itself. All it's scandals are caused by wonky websites and sleazy people exploiting it. The light attracts bugs.

When all this bullshit drys up and blows away, Bitcoin will be stronger than ever.

Hello everyone,

With MtGox down, I have not been able to process all my outgoing transactions as my merchant account held the logs and contact info and payout amounts for my most recent transactions.

MtGox has come back online, and as soon as the merchant features open back up I will be able to see all my outgoing payments and resume them as soon as I can read them.

If you are pending a payout from me, send me an e-mail directly and I will update you as to your individual status: bitcoinexchange@aim.com

Business is alive an operational, our delays have been caused by third party outages.

Thanks for your patience everyone, and I would appreciate it if as you receive payments, if you can bump the thread to let everyone know. Smiley

Payoneer has replied and said the payment is now in process, now I just hope Payoneer process it.  Lips sealed
So guys, we all just had 2 bad weeks we all didn't want/like.

I was able to chat with him and he said he was travelling and couldn't get to go online. Let's also hope Mt.Gox polishes their system. Smiley

Another bad day for me. Payoneer rejected the transfer. I hope he reads this, although I already sent PM/e-mail. Waiting for him to be online today.  Cry

Seems to be doing some progress although I will be waiting an extended 10 days on average since Payoneer asked to resubmit the payment. We're both waiting for his funds to reappear on his account (release of the hold "outstanding authentication) which according to Payoneer will take around 3-7 business days. + another 2 days for the processing of payment once it has been resubmitted.  Sad

Any guys here would like to give updates on their fund transfers? Mt.Gox merchant service is still disabled. Sigh. Sad

Has anyone been able to get in contact with him thru email or AIM/ICQ recently? He hasn't responded to any of my messages in email or IM's about the status of my order and it's now going on 72 hours with no reply.

He said his funds has already reappeared on his account and will resubmit my payment to Payoneer last night EST however, it hasn't been done yet. I'm really wondering what's causing him so much of a delay for all of us. Let's keep posting updates here folks.

I'm paying with a MoneyPak code ($65) for an exchange to Liberty Reserve. It's good to know he's contacted someone at least.. I sent him 2 seperate emails however and he still hasn't responded so I'm getting frustrated as to why he's seemingly ignoring my questions.

EDIT:  About 5 minutes after I wrote this I got an email from him confirming he had just finished my transaction, and sure enough I had been sent my LR. It's all good now Wink

By the start of the new month everything should be back on schedule... I am processing everything that I have that is owed for outgoing payments and they should all be out by next few days... thanks for the patience everyone!

The month of June gave BitcoinExchange.cc the following hurdles:

PayPal froze up over $7k of outgoing payouts, that same week Western Union decides to arbitrarily start reversing my outgoing payments (and even a few incoming ones), MtGox gets hacked, goes offline for a week, and returns online without merchant services, which has resulted in me being unable to process automated Bitcoin cashouts or access the list of my most recent pending payouts, as that relied on MtGox merchant services. I have to do them by hand again via IM and Skype, just like when I started earlier this year, but with the current volume I get coming in, it is almost impossible to get to them all in a timely manner.

Within the next few days I am going to update my checkout form to use a different Bitcoin wallet/merchant processing solution until MtGox returns in full, then everyone will see their orders filled within the 24-72 hour timeframe.

I must emphasize, if you have not replied an e-mail from me yet, I AM NOT IGNORING YOU, I simply haven't seen your mail yet! I reply to EVERYTHING.
Even with the setbacks, the Bitcoin community is awesome enough to continue to place orders with me and continually INCREASE the transaction volume. While absolutely wonderful, it has slowed down my e-mail response time. I was also travelling the last week, so I wasn't able to reply to all my IMs.

While some exchangers may have been shut out of business by the obstacles we faced in June, what didn't kill us only made us stronger, and we are definitely still operational and are ready to move to the next level as we now know how to deal with the world collapsing around us and have contingencies in place for it. Smiley

I have hired on a couple people to help me with answering e-mails, and they start this week as well and all inquiries will be answered within the day.

Any questions about your pending orders: bitcoinexchange@aim.com

UPDATE: Just RECEIVED my funds from Payoneer! Worth 1000.00$! It took a while (from the 13th of June) but hey, I can say he is a trustworthy guy, what Bitcoin is all about - trust.

Let my post be somewhat a relief for all of us. I'm ready to do another transaction with him when we get in touch.

Let's all hope everything is streamlined now and the next transactions would be faster just like before (almost instant).
