in the meantime, what is the process so that the forum user account gets the scammer label or at least this thread gets some type of cautionary flag added to it from the beginning? I'm curious as well what it takes to mark this handle appropriately. I think (and I realize as a newbie I'm pushing it) this thread should also be locked as it stands so that the length & repeated posts don't refresh his/her ad & bring more exposer. Unfortunately even changing the reply topic doesn't change the thread title & every time someone posts there is a chance someone won't read the whole thread & will fall for this guy again. My .10

If you clicked on this link from the bitcoinexchange.cc webpage and followed all the way to the end, Don't do business with this person. He took me for hundreds and will not respond to emails.
I have reported this domain to go-daddy, hopefully for quick deletion. Sorry for reviving an old thread but he still uses this as proof he's legit, to defraud more people. You have been warned!!
Strong words from someone with a whole 15 posts. I've used these guys and would use them again.

What is this the jr high playground? I shouldn't even respond to your nonsense. Myself and one other person got taken on the same week. Koin also posted some threads were he also had questionable transactions.
You want to use him go ahead but he stole over $300 from me, after 30+ days I'm sorry to say he's not coming through. Frankly I debated even re-posting to this thread because of the bump it gets.
I have said my peace, & hopefully mods will do what needs to be done to protect anyone else. I'm done giving this guy anymore ad space, & I'm not responding to your attempt to troll.

I have sent in 12 BTC for exchange with www.BitcoinExchange.ccI have not received any sort of confirmation email, nor have I received any reply when attempting to contact him via Skype or E-mail. I'm hoping he's just having a busy week or something...

until that site gets taken down, this will keep happening. maybe filing a complaint will get the site taken down, or maybe even get you a refund at some point though that is probably unlikely. complaints: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx the type of incident is "Money", the incident characteristics are: "Someone tried to cheat you while buying something" and then "They never delivered the product or service".

Doubt thats going to happen. The op is gone, his phone number now is a different company. Also pretty sure he used a false name. Claimed to be living in Costa Rica.

well, when the transactions were sent and being received through western union and before that, paypal, this is not a case of being anonymous. there may not be any recourse where money for refunds is found but there are plenty of leads that law enforcement can follow.

It's okay, it was 12 BTC well spent to learn not to trust ANYONE.
Still hurts though, I have to start from scratch -__-

Anyone with a pending transaction is entitled to a refund and it is being processed. Please contact me via PM for expedited service.
I was unavailable earlier this month to process transactions, and have spent today issuing refunds to those who send me funds while I was away.
I have sent PM's to those people in this thread who have sent me their BTC. Rest assured, I still have them and as soon as you contact me with an updated BTC address I will send them right back to you.
I want to talk to you before I refund your coins just in case you are using a different wallet.
On another front in order to stay competitive and in order to better serve the community we are slashing our exchange rates: Prices are the same right now for buying and selling.
Buying or Selling Exchange Rate $0 - $499 - 6% - $5 minimum $500 - $999 - 5% $1000+ - 4 %
Once again if you sent us funds while we were away or are awaiting BTC, contact me via PM or email immediately to get your funds.

All transactions and refunds have been processed, and if I didn't have enough information for your transaction I sent you an e-mail requesting an update.
We now have lowered exchange rates and an additional person to answer e-mails.
