Same as my old folks "push to start" ferrari. The old Ford Fairlane could be push-started - and it was an automatic! It had pumps on both sides of the transmission, so that you could engage a gear without the engine running. |

The Fairlane had a 2 speed Powerglide, and would do 55MPH in first gear. |
