Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Just an update -

I am currently at about 102% capacity with more stuff inbound and won't have more space for the forseeable future (at least the next couple months).

Even if I had space, I don't host GPU rigs. Don't bother asking.

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!
Currently in development - 200+GH USB stick; 6TH volt-adjustable S1/3/5 upgrade kit
Server PSU interface boards and cables. USB and small-scale miners. Hardware hosting, advice and odd-jobs. Supporting the home miner community since 2013 - http://www.gekkoscience.com

We may be able to help you starting from August. E-mail us at sales [at] cryptoboreas.com and I'll add you to the customer waiting list (yes we too have a long waiting list - mining frenzy in full effect!).

I was wanting to get some Miners like the L3+ and GPU based rigs.

Was looking for some Hosting service in China, since Hosting in China would save on Shipping and Customs / VAT, since most of this equipment is from China. Thoughts ?

Found a Hosting service in China, Sinohash, but have not got any response from them.

Any other suggestions ??

Well, you are not _selling_ the goods just transporting them so you would not pay VAT on the value of the miner just the VAT on the cost of shipping. VAT is charged when goods are bought or sold. I'm sure you already paid VAT when you got the miners from China as that was the original sale transaction.

Ok thank you for your reply ! but how to specify these details to the custom (at the destination) before they claim VAT on the value of the miner by mistake ?

That I'm not sure as I'm not in the EU zone. I would assume that everyone involved in the shipping chain would know seeing as France and Sweden are part of the EU Free Market Zone. I would suggest asking both the shipping company and the company in Sweden you intend to host with. They may be able to clear things up.

Desperately looking for GPU hosting (leaving country early July). Have tried every location in America (in OP) but either at capacity or haven't replied.

I started new hosting business in the Nevada. I got electricity price $0.0426 per kwh. Business internet on the location.
I have 3500 sqm. I have two separate electricity lines. One for my rigs and 200 amps with 208v for someone who wants to share the space. Electricity is very stable. Office space is on 4500 feet elevation so its not that hot either. Also air is dry! Smiley
You can host about 40 rigs with no problem.

If someone wants to share the space PM me Smiley

Thanks!

What is the safest, most mature hosting in US, even if price isn't the lowest? I am looking to host 3.5 kWh and want good support and track record mostly. Since I am new, not ready to trust smaller places even if good (for now).

Hi guys,

That's not right

If they were being imported to the EU from China then you do pay import VAT, and on the value of the miner not the cost of the shipping.

However as your kit is already in France and you are shipping to us in Sweden there is no import VAT to pay at all.  Single Market.

Hi everyone,

I thought you might like a quick update on the expansion of our datacentre in Sweden - I know we have several customers and potential customers on the forum.

We are now sold out of crypto capacity for the rest of 2017 and so we've embarked on an 8 Megawatt expansion for 2018 - covered here:

http://www.datacenterdynamics.com/content-tracks/colo-cloud/hydro66-is-tripling-capacity-of-its-data-center-campus-in-north-sweden/98562.fullarticle

and here:
http://www.hydro66.com/news/rapid-growth-for-hydro66-announces-200-expansion-by-q1-2018/

The energy tax changes in Sweden since Jan 1 have given us the lowest power cost in Europe and coupled with great connectivity and Free Cooling (yes, we don't charge any PUE uplift) we look forward to continuing to be of service to the community.

Our minimum commit now is 5kW/12 months and we will have lots of new space available Q1 so feel free to PM or email at andy.long@hydro66.com for more info.

We have a 120MW substation next door so we are ready for anything.

To the moon!!! ┗(°0°)┛ ..○

What would be a highly competetitive price for hosting in Europe per 1kw?  50$ per 1kw?

I think that would be considered highly competitive pricing anywhere. The most competitive deal I have seen in that region is Hydro66, they do 60 euro/kW-month (~ $70) according to their listing. However they also have a 2 MW minimum, so that pretty much cuts out small miners.

I have seen Advania advertise 75 euro/kW-month (~ $88).

https://www.advania.com/datacenter/colocation/

Anyone know of any other Euro deals where a person could host single machines?

Hi Sunbreak -

Our minimum at Hydro66 is only 5kW these days (i've mailed a few times to have our listing updated) and have further deals on quantity and contract term.

As above though we're sold out of crypto space for the next few months - feel free to email me though and I'll put you on my list to get in touch when we are taking orders for the new space RFS Q1.

Unlike other locations that have run out of grid or substation capacity though we've plenty of power on site (120MW!) we just have to build the space!

Cheers
