We tried. We failed. We are moving on. All exchanges contacted and none of them added the coin as of yet. So here is the deal. Sunk about 7 BTC and countless hours into the project and that is enough for us. If the community want this coin then we will give it to them to run with. I will send the remaining premine, plus provide the user name and passwords of this account, twitter, youtube, gmail account to the new team. The official websites can be transferred too BUT they must be transferred to your own server immediately. You will be given temporary access to the webspace to download/backup the site and data. You will also be given access and contact info for using the block explorer admin key. The cost is approx $275 annually to keep it running. It has been paid for a 1 year term. So it is now in the community's hands to run with. Do with it wat you will. Apply in this ANN. Preference will be given to anyone who has experience and a long history on here. Will check back as warranted. |

here's an idea:
make an WATCoin IRC channel on freenode with a tipbot, and rain a bunch of your premine coins.
people love free coins, and they will want to convert them to BTC. This should tremendously increase distribution, so you have a larger part of the community pestering exchanges to list them so they can convert their coins.
