There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

hopefully multipool will have scrypt , sha 256 , x11 , x13 , N-Scrypt. With all this, it should provide some nice support.

I have also contacted coinking pool to add sum2 as a payout option. It would be a good idea if more people request this.

https://coinking.io/irc.php - their IRC channel, you can also send message via their website

I can say atm that multipool will have scrypt, sha 256 and x11. Maybe some others will be added as well, if there will be a big demand for that Wink

Hi guys!
Help me to understand next: why 145k sum2 (which are one chunk) gave me only 1,18 sum2? 20% per year is approximately 0,22% per 4 day. So I must received nearly 320 sum2. Two days ago 100k sum2 gave me 1,22 reward.

is PoW over yet?
Yes it is. In fact You are still able to mine SUM2, but the block reward is just 150 coins (90% halved since the start, which was 1500 coins per block). So we can say that PoW phase is over. I contacted with chunkypools today and they are trying to make a SUM2 multipool asap, please be patient guys Wink
Ofcourse the any other multipool is welcome - suggest one or build it - we will be happy to start mining on it.
Cheers Wink

When does pow go to 15 ?
50 000 blocks - 100 000 = 15 coins per block
100 000 blocks and higher = 1.5 coins per block

that coin should also be renamed. it has serious potential. but "summer" is just no suitable name for that coin.

make it codecoin for NAVAJO code oder something

Guys, I personally don't think that changing a name is a good idea. We already gained attention with SUM2 and quite many people are following this coin.
There's no point in changing everything over and over again, most people don't like it.
SummerCoinV2 is good as it is, we have preparing new coin process behind now and we should focus on more challening and important things, such as Navajo Technology, multipools etc. We are going forward, not moving back. Name is just a name. SUM2 is a good name enough.
Anyway I'm still opened for community's suggestions Wink
