Not name makes coin, but coin makes name !  Wink
Sum2 is OK.

In my personal opinion, it's doesn't sound like a serious name. Of course, neither does Doge.

Yeah I don't think the name is a big deal. Go to page one of Bittrex volume and tell me what coin names sound totally serious to you

Ok, but I don't own any of those coins.  Most of the coins I own have a serious sounding name.  Summercoin sounds like something that's a fad.  Sorry, it just does.  The name is part of the marketing, so saying it doesn't matter is wrong.

0 of the coins I own have a serious name. Not many coins that I have ever owned have. The ones that did didn't turn out so well. Worldcoin, Virtualcoin, Einsteinium. What turned out well? X11, Mugatu, Silk, Super, Jackpot, Summer, etc.
I would think with a name like Summer there would be quite a few ways to market it. I didn't say it didn't matter. I said I don't think a name change would be a big deal, because it doesn't need one.

Guys, I personally don't think that changing a name is a good idea. We already gained attention with SUM2 and quite many people are following this coin.
There's no point in changing everything over and over again, most people don't like it.
SummerCoinV2 is good as it is, we have preparing new coin process behind now and we should focus on more challening and important things, such as Navajo Technology, multipools etc. We are going forward, not moving back. Name is just a name. SUM2 is a good name enough.
Anyway I'm still opened for community's suggestions Wink
I agree, I have deleted my previous comment - I just sent a reply without knowing that all the talk was about name change. WE DO NOT NEED NAME CHANGE, BUT AGGRESSIVE MARKETING AND MASTER NODES.

Noob question: I bought a good amount of sum2's at 800-850...  Roll Eyes
What are your future price predictions?
Today I saw some bigger buy orders in the 500-600 range...maybe some people know, what's to come?
 Smiley

I wouldn't worry at all I have also bought good amout at about 800. Once we get multipool price will rise and once we get working Navajo price will go to the sun Wink I personally expect at least 10k

Thanks! I needed that.  Grin
I mean...it doesn't look to bad at the moment...but I'm missing that moon component.  Grin
10k...would be amazing!

Price is hovering around 500-600 atm because everyone waiting for news (multipool, navajo, etc). Notice that whales bought massive amount of sum2 and they are keeping it in their wallets waiting for action (volume dropped - what is not necessary bad in case of PoS coins).

Don't be afraid to take profits if you're uneasy about how high it will go. A good strategy is if the price skyrocketed sell off the equivalent to your initial BTC investment and keep the rest. If it goes higher or lower you still have a profit. And if you're still confident with the coin and it goes lower you can buy back in for more coins than you had before. It will take some time if it reaches 10k. It can though, but there will be stops and dumps along the way.

I sent coins, June 10,  to address SQTHMHUxSTVMPtkUDrpzhrtGqf6ZfpS6cm with wallet version (SummerCoin 1.0.7 Windows Wallet) and downloaded a new version of Windows SummerCoinV2 1.0.0 Wallet, but until now I did not get a single coin in new wallet.
