Hi,

I have been using Tradehill as the bitcoin exchange so far. All the bitcoins I used to mine were automatically transferred to Tradehill Account.

After I collected a good amount of bitcoins, I decided to convert them to my currency and cash them out by withdrawing to my local bank account.

I requested for the withdrawal on 2nd Jan 2012, and it has been pending since then.

I contacted their Customer Support Service and all they did was provided me a complain ticket number and asked me to follow up using this number as a reference. I have tried contacting them, but no luck! It sucks and Tradehill is the reason I stopped mining bitcoins for almost a month.

I never thought, bitcoin would be just another scam! I know it is not but online exchanges like Tradehill should be shut down and removed if they keep destroying the whole idea of bitcoin.

If they don't have the currency to cash out, they can at least let me know!

Anyway guys, I am upset that I kept mining it bitcoins since more than 4 months, invested in a good hardware and now when my time came to cash out, it never worked! Please help and guide with a solution here. I would appreciate your help Smiley

Thanks.

Give cryptoxchange a try

+1  for Cryptoxchange.

I've seen more than a few complaints about people suddenly losing immediate access to their money at Gox due to "suspicious activity."

If you post what country you're in you will get a better recommendation.  Intersango is the best for Europeans.  They seem to be the only one of the big exchanges doing SEPA withdrawals.

SealsWithClubs poker room has  over 400 players online. Buy in from .01 to 60btc.      BTCSportsMatch lets you bet sports with vig free lines!  Best kept secret in bitcoin....          LocalBitcoins.com is very user-friendly now for bank transfers.  You don't have to live close to trade when in the same currency area.
Electrum client is awesome. Try it. And please stop sending bitcoins to sites run by security newbies, or don't complain when you lose everything.
