As for those who think that the dev must speak Russian in order to launch such a project, why didn't you do it first?  And what does it have to do with the language he/she speaks?  He develops the coin and it's backend. Nothing to do with language.  There seems to be many of you that speak Russian, why don't you guys work with him on that side then?
