I'm interested to know what fees you are planning to charge and also what sort of volume you are expecting to be able to manage with manual payment processing?
What is your expected turnover, expenses, profit?
What is your support system going to be like?
Why are you selling shares in your company and, more importantly, almost half of your business for such a menial amount? Do you not have faith that your business will be worth significantly more than this?
