In my case the question is not what I like, but what I can do (this limits my choice) Cheesy
Fish and chips is really easy to make and tasty too!

My best shot if I were to cook for myself is fried rice. just throw anything edible from the fridge, mix it with rice n some spice n soy sauce. And if I cook for myself, I never too care about the taste. As long as it fill my stomach, it do the job.

Anyone has tried fried tofu, mix with tomatoes n some cabbage in fried rice? It surprisingly good. n CHEAP. LoL Tongue
When i first saw tofu is said that i will never put that in my mouth, but my wife tricked me and put fried tofu in my favorite salad and was so so good. Now i eat more tofu than cheese.....but no tofu will ever replace the melting mozzarella from pizza!

I make Carne Adovada (pork in mild red chile sauce) – admittedly, from a mix. I’ve made it from scratch and frankly I like the mix just as much, if not more.

Hmm. I love to cook fried rice with sinigang or adobo as viand. It's tasty, delicious, and worth the wait Smiley

A good thing to prepare :

2 small cans of tuna in olive oil
One stick of celery
A small white onion
Mayonnaise

1. Drain tuna and mash
2. Dice celery and onion
3. Combine ingredients and add mayonnaise to consistency

Stick in fridge overnight

Once ready put on anything!

Mac and cheese, cereal and milk Cool

It's okay man. Everybody has that moment in their life when they make simplistic meals. Like one time,  I was out of milk for cereal and ate coco puffs with water. It was terrible.

Do those taste good? I hear they're eaten in Britain often. I can't really find anybody in the 'States that make it. Are they easy to make, by chance?

oz = ounces

6 oz of sifted plain flour
2 Eggs
10 oz of water and milk ( Or 5 oz of Milk and 5 oz of Water mixed together )
Add a small amount of salt for flavour

That's for the batter, to cook it you get some sausages and put them in a pan with cooking oil and cook them in the oven at 200 degrees until the oil sizzles and they're slightly brown, then you take out the tray, put the batter in with the sausages and turn over the sausages onto the uncooked side so they get cooked through properly and put the tray into the oven at 200 degrees again for 15 minutes. After that the batter should have risen like in my PC and then you just need to turn it down to 180 degrees and keep cooking for 10 minutes and then add on any time, for me it's usually 8 minutes after that.

It's a good idea to have gravy or something with it and yes it does taste good Cheesy I make it with onion gravy using a lamb stock cube.

ramen noodles Cry

Try a twist on this classic.   You need 3 slices of cheese.

Boil the noodles and drain them.  Quickly throw 2 pieces of cheese at the bottom of the pot.  Throw the noodles in and put the last piece of cheese at the top.  Quickly cover with your plate and let sit, unheated, for about 2-5 minutes then mix the cheese into the noodles.
Hard boil eggs, shell & dice them, and add that in Grin
Don't forget the pepper.

i do something really easy that doesn't require much skill to cook.. eggs and potatoes, and then some strips of ham or turkey. add some hot sauce and it's pretty good for someone who is a bad cook.
