Can I ask some of the older shareholders who've been with RSM the longest to give my trust rating some feedback - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile -  Unfortunatly I am unable to recipricate unless I have had to trust you yet with anything valuable yet.

Not an old shareholder, but you've got my trust.

Neptune Number Five Ordered
The Order
You have read correctly RSM has once again looked at the market and said man that is just too good of a deal to pass up! We have ordered a 5th Neptune preorder from reserves. This increases our projections of future hash rate from 13.75TH/s to 16.75TH/s (0.098GH/s/share to 0.12).

These Neptune like the last ones are scheduled to run at 3TH/s and have a 20nm architecture providing excellent power to performance ratios.

RSM will still consider selling our Gen 1 hardware once our Gen 2 hardware is up and hashing.

Each ASICminer share is worth 14.65(MH/s) while each RSM share equals 12.5899(MH/s) currently.  While we've ordered enough Neptunes to take us too 0.111(GH/s) per share.  Can ASICminer keep up with our near-term growth over the next four months and over the longterm.  This rapid growth is due to us being a 90% reinvestment mining stock.

For ASICminer to grow as fast us then they must reach over 517(TH/s) before we reach 15(TH/s).  Or 172 Neptunes they'd need which would cost over $1.7Million and use over 0.344MW of power even if they went 20nm.

Asicminer has plenty of btc and usd... also they make their own gen3 gear so they get even better prices than knc offers to customers. Does this justify their shares to be 300 times the price of RSM ... time will tell.

Yeah we pay a premium for our ASIC's as someone else develops and manufactures them for us.  Although I really can't see ASICminer going from <60TH to >500TH before we get our Neptunes and keeping up with our growth short term growth.

Those ASICminer shares on 796 split by x100 are worth 0.14MH each if I am correct in my calculations.  While our shares are worth over 12MH each currently and all set to grow to over 0.111GH each@20nm by spring.  While all our current hashrate is all 28nm while all there's is on 90nm iirc.  So we should get a better price per share on selling all our current gear as soon as the Neptunes arrive.  While the ASICminer-796 shares are x4 our current share price.  So either ASICminer is heavily overvalued or we're massively undervalued.  I think it's a bit of both tbh.

RSM Progression Synopsis

A word on RSM Growth from our CEO:

Quote
We spent $2,400 on FPGA’s, $4,500 on generation one ASIC’s, $19,000 on generation two ASIC’s and now so far over $50,000 on generation three ASIC’s. This has all happened in less than two years. My plan is to continue this exponential growth on the long term. Let’s hope we can repeat the success with generation three ASIC’s that we’re currently having with generation two.

November Dividend is Out

Our dividend has been dispersed on 796.com. Table summarizing is below. Dividends for this month are 0.00001923 per share.

< View Blogpost for Dividend Table >

Buyback Plan In Action

RSM's buyback plan went into effect before the dividend this month. We've bought back and destroyed 2,000 shares (before the dividend was paid). Leaving RSM with a total of 137,000 shares on the market.

This increases our hash rate per share from 7.9136 MH/s/share to 8.0291 MH/s/share (1.1 TH/s total).

Great news!!

But There still a pending issue , the dividends of the users who didn't have enough shares in round 1 , according to this post

http://www.redstarmining.com/search?updated-max=2013-10-03T14:07:00-07:00&max-results=7&start=14&by-date=false

the dividends were 6043 Satoshi's per share . So in my case (68 shares) it would add up 0.00410924. As you stated before it is a problem with the exchange to perform this micro-payments , but what about use some of the shares bought back as payment?. For instance the average share in 796 right now is 0.001 , so you could transfer me 4 shares and that debt would be settled.

You are correct. We still have the roll to pay out to shareholders who were below the manual payout limit. We're still working with 796 to correctly use their coupon system to pay these out.

KNC Jupiter #3 is Up and Hashing

KNC Jupiter #3 has been delivered and is up and hashing. This machine is projected to run at 650 GH/s and raise our Hashrate to 1.75 TH/s ( 12.77 MH/s/share ). This is projected to be our last KNC Jupiter purchase before the Neptune come in Q1/Q2 2014.

Currently the machine is averageing 675 GH/s over the first bit here. We will post an update on the machines hashrate as more time passes.

Edit: Corrected projected hashrate from 550 GH/s to 650 Gh/s.

As much as this forum member can troll this is actually a good post.  From the Hasfast thread who are still not shipping but are maybe the closest compared to the following list.

In other news...

CoinTerra announces one or two week delay

I spoke with "Peter" on the phone last Friday (December 6th) and he said that the first deliveries will be pushed back 7-10 days...so I doubt anyone will receive anything this year.

CoinCraft Delays in December batch units

    Posted on December 10, 2013
    by Giorgio Massarotto
    in Coincraft series, News

Due to a shift in the production of our CoinCraft A1 chip, a three weeks delay affecting December-batch units has just been announced.

Nobody likes to hear about late deliveries, especially in the Bitcoin mining world. While we tried to do everything we could to carefully plan the delivery terms, sometimes delays still happen in places where you have no control of them. This is the case of what happened yesterday, when we had a conference call with the supplier of the chip to follow up with the delivery schedule of the CoinCraft A1 ASIC chips, which were supposed to arrive at Bitmine’s assembly plant this week. Unfortunately, the production of the silicon wafers used by our chips has been delayed by three weeks from the factory, effectively forcing us to delay the December batch orders.

BlackArrow still hasn't taped-out?

Does anyone know if these guys have actually taped out? I find it extremely hard to believe that they will deliver anything in February if they have not taped out yet...

Not yet. They do need to tape out asap if they want to hit a Feb date.

BFL Monarch delayed, yet again

Quote
https://forums.butterflylabs.com/announcements/4414-monarch-information.html#post69562

There's been a bit of a delay at the foundry on our chips and scheduling. The sample chips have been delayed a few weeks (still waiting on an exact date)

Meanwhile we're now hashing at over 1.75(TH/s) all at 28nm.  With at least 15(TH/s) at 20nm on pre-order  Grin

Motion Up On Loomio

There's a motion up on Loomio. Please go vote on it if you're a shareholder. Here's the motion text:

Quote
Agree to donate 1BTC to bitcoins in space to gain brand recognition for RSM. This sponsorship will help in the branding of RSM and hopefully help attract increased investment. The 1BTC will come from the growth fund so as not to affect the dividend or buyback funds. WE are planning on raising the growth fund to 50BTC by February plus we have $50,000 of 20nm ASIC’s on pre-order.

Vote no to disagree with the sponsorship and increase the growth fund by 2% in February.
