Not quite but yeah almost impossible, i hate the dice sites which have a minimum cashout. They mean to say that you play and play under our site , so this all seems bad.

I think you should now register a new account, and leave a message to the support by clicking the bottom-right button.

At the VERY least I'd expect a response from the Admin of the site - Not only do I have NO IDEA why my account is disabled, but it was disabled right after a big deposit and if you were going to shut my account off for no reason why didn't you at least SEND ME MY MONEY BACK INSTEAD OF TAKING IT FROM ME

Don't worry, if you sent them a message on support, for sure admin will take a look at your account personally.
You might want to consider that its the holiday season, everyone is out maybe.

I was not at all aware that you couldn't make multiple accounts on the site... I mean, I guess maybe it's because we show up as the same IP despite being on 2 different computers? I even read the rules! It said that "you may not use other people's accounts" but if it truly says you can't make more than 1 per household, I completely missed that part

Is there an email address I could send a message to? You guys saying that it's happened to you before as well, and that the admin is very trustworthy, makes me feel much better about the situation...but I'm still pretty worried seeing as how my money is still on the site

I guess I just have to wait for a response from the Admin... thank you all for letting me know what to do, though. It's very much appreciated.

I made multiple accounts before, contacted support.

If you see "Chat With Us" that means support is online of you see "Leave Us A Message" that means support is offline.

If you left an offline message, they will probably check it when support is online.

No need to worry.
