No offence espringe but they don't owe you anything unless you deposited an amount. Any competition winnings are theirs if they find something wrong.

Now what went wrong and if something did go wrong/seemed fishy I dont know..

None taken. Let's see their reply, because honestly nothing fishy went down. I created an account to checkout their site (something I've done pretty much every bitcoin gambling site), I know a guy on skype who likes to waste his money (and money he borrows from me) on dice -- so I sent him my referral link and told him I'd give him back 100% of what I got.  ...and now my account has got banned.

The only thing I can see, is perhaps there is something in the ToS of using referral winnings to incentive someone for playing? If so, the professional thing they could have done is contacted me and not awarded the referral to my account -- and I wouldn't be here complaining.

But they way they are handling it, is something something I consider rather dodgy and something I'd never do to one of my customers. Hell, I had someone threaten me with violence because I'd only recomp him 2/5th of his loss -- and you know what? I still didn't seize his account or funds or even remove the comp I gave him...

@espringe - if you are indeed so honorable, then kindly explain why you referred someone that already had an account on win88 (which our system detected and also was openly admitted by the user account you referred to one of our customer service agents).  If you want to use the word fishy, then this type of activity is what I think everyone else will agree is a better definition of "fishy".  You had 1 referral and that referral has multiple accounts which is not within the rules.  Why would someone with their 2nd account sign up under anyone unless that someone is themselves or they cut a deal?  Either way, not within the rules and of course seems suspect.

I am happy to give you benefit of the doubt, but I cannot give you a reward for referring someone that has multiple accounts.
Based on the constant whining from your referral (and the comments they make), it honestly appears that @espringe is actually a 3rd account and not a distinct referral.

In terms of other sites, I cannot comment on their procedures good or bad, but I will not apologize for out automated fraud detection.
We always listen to people's cases and will always re-activate accounts and even with full balance if either their was no foul play or if the user was honest about what they did wrong (and were proactive about it).  In this case, instead of interacting with our customer service to get good support and also look into things further, you just start a public complaint. 

Frankly, other sites probably don't have as good of security and are exploited all the time.  We do not tolerate cheating and we take a proactive approach to potential fraud.  This is something that will gain more customer confidence not less. 

Talk to our other customers about our fairness - the collective opinion is that we are always honest and fair.  SolidPro won over 1 BTC with free play.
When we offered 99.99 edge (0.01% house edge), we returned all of the original investments even though we did not have to since it was not our choice for people to take that risk.

In your case, this is what we will do:
1) Put your winnings from the referral program into this week's Prize Pool
2) Re-activate your account

We cannot reward a referral that broke the rules with multiple accounts.

Recommending everybody not to use this site until this gets resolved the right way. You are just getting greedy by not paying out the .37. I talked to customer support, and it got resolved. I continued to use batmanbad and not once have I been notified that I should move back to "Candystripe". Originally, I made the account by accident because I forgot the pass to batmanbad, and I wanted to play dice on win88. I deposited into candystripe, and it didn't come for 20 hours (Admin, I think I talked to you about this). During that time, I found out the password to batmanbad and was able to log into it again. I can confirm I was warned two accounts were not allowed, but that was after I make the second account.

I personally chuckled at some of your responses a little. You make a system like this, expect a whale to come in and get a huge share of it. There's no reason to put it into this week's pot and lose a ton of customers. You see the activity on your site now? You have a signature campaign running, giveaways and promotions, and everything else. Nobody likes playing a website with a greedy administrator that doesn't support his customers. Several times PD has come across issues like the one I will explain. You are manually martingaling, bet by bet. Then boom, you accidentally click the max button right beside the 2x button, and lose Sad. All you have to do on PD is contact support and they will do their best to support you and keep you happy while keeping the game fair. They will refund you! They're so friendly and kind.

Your site has bad deposit issues, bad withdrawal issues, dumb rules like no two accounts, was DDoS'd today, and is always extremely laggy for everyone, even on a really strong and fast Internet connection.

Now, when it comes to your own website, you only get one chance, one first impression on each user. If you give a bad first impression like you did to me, to everyone, your site is going to fail badly. You're wondering why your site isn't doing so well, your reply over this post is why.

Again, I'd rather have you keep the .37 and put it into this week's pot, than payout to me. It would teach you and your site a good lesson that you need.

It's almost like you are treating this like a "test-site" for an upcoming dice and casino. Talk to Stunna or dooglus if you want to learn how to run a casino properly. I can't tell you how, but what I can tell you is that you're doing it wrong. You make no one want to play on the website.

The referral program is conducted by them and the winners shall be decided them in their sole descretion. Though i was never able to get any referrals, i have complete trust in their site.

I don't think they banned him because they did not want to give the referral reward. it is obvious. they have given away more than 2 BTC for sure till now. I think they banned him for a genuine reason. Tongue

@Candystripes:

1) You created multiple accounts.  Against the rules as you well know.

2) Your second account was the only referral for the "winner" of the referral program.  This was probably you referring yourself.
In either case, it's very suspicious

3) We already added to 0.36+ from espringe back into the prize pool of this week.  Espringe's account is active again - we just cannot honor what we believe was unfair practice (effectively a self referral even if 2 people, especially since the referral was your second account and you already knew about win88 for quite some time).  This was a judgement call and we believe to be fair.

4) New deposit system is online.  It's fast, robust, and includes realtime notifications on screen now about incoming deposit and when deposit hits min confirmations

5) Cashouts are automated up to a certain limit.  There was a temporary reduction in that value over the weekend while most of our staff were offline but it's back in place as of late Sunday night.  i.e. that was less than 1 day where auto cashout limit had been reduced. 

6) We think highly of dooglas and stunna - they definitely helped pioneer the space.  And now Win88 is on its way to pioneer in new ways as well.

Seriously? You banned my account because I referred you someone who already had an account? Not only does this have absolutely nothing to do with my account, it's not uncommon for people to create a junk account as you enforce people to register a nick to view the site.

What an honest operator would do, is not credit any referral bonus to me. Not silently ban my account.

If you own a site and someone did what you did in Win88, are you really sure you will just tolerate him/her and give him/her the winnings even though you know he didnt get it fairly? You know the rules, and yes there might loopholes around it but it doesnt mean you abuse oloophole and expect the site to pay you for that. Hmmmm...

Because if you add automated betting (like i heard it is coming) what a lot of people do is. They make 2-3 accounts, set the automated betting running on 2 of them and manual bet on the 3rd account.

Here's my entire point: Even by coin.princess's own admission, *I never broke the rules*!  Someone I referred did! Anyway, the matter has resolved -- I just wanted to make that clear, I'll quietly leave this thread now

Maybe when autobet is a go you can make multiple account but autobet is not yet there and this guy used another account as referral.

I was talking shitaifan2013. He is not reading the whole thread/your response. All throughout this thread you are very fair but still some people think you are not. I just think some guys doesnt read what the real issue is. What you did was alright. You even reactivated the account.
