how funny to see this , "autobet is only for real depositor" . If you wouldnt want people to withdraw their free btc, why are you giving it to them? and as far as I know there is a wager requirement for each free btc a sites give, so i suppose you have that as well. but limiting autobet to those that get the free btc is actually not good as it gives an impression that you dont want anyone to withdraw the free btc from your site

Have you tried to contact the support through the chat window at bottom right corner? What is their explanation to your issue?
Also, if the support can't solve your problem and give a reasonable reason, I would suggest you to create a thread in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 to warn the others about the problem.

There are many other players complaining the same issue on the chat box, but seems that the admin/mod is not really active just like in this forum.
Their twitter account @win88casino, their last tweet was 7hours ago, but I could not find any tweets regarding to their withdrawal issues, most of their tweets were only about their account stats "follower and unfollower stats" LOL

All cashouts are processed regularly and the cashout in question (1.65 BTC) has also been processed as well.

There was some delay on that cashout (our apologies) since it was related to a former investment in win88 and in addition to being processed from a different wallet we have always processed investment cashouts on a different timeline.

As always, most cashouts for game play are done within a few minutes and the rest within 24 hours.
