I don't think this coin is P&D - too many concrete plans for this to be a planned scam.
Perhaps the dev is just busy in real life with a real job, or perhaps he was told off by OPEC. Who knows?

It's so many good coins released these days and investments will move in and out for some time. Hopefully this one will gradually come back. I recommend to hold or accumulate.

Thanks for the update.  I think a few things might make a big diff.. If we could track down someone for the abe explorer + richlist, that is always a good boost.  There was a pretty hefty bounty available for it, surely someone wants to claim it..   I did enjoy seeing the ideas about how we could tie present day oil prices/statistics (volume/barrels/etc) to the wallet or blockchain.  While that won't get OPEC using the coin just yet, it will surely help spread some good news to the crypto community that OPEC is moving forward.

So you claim this coin will be used for "OPEC Coin goal is to provide petroleum exporting countries an alternative way to receive payments for oil that they export" and you plan to introduce an anonymity feature?

If you truly believe in your coin and it's purpose (I don't) you're shooting yourself in the foot with this move.
