The stupidity in this item is that it's easy for BCX to prove who he is but it's also impossible to prove that CH is more than one person.

Anyone with half a brain reading CH's posts can see that either he is multiple people or he has Schizophrenia.

But it's not hard to get 3 anonymous people from anywhere on the planet to pretend to be ... 3 anonymous people

Hmm you'd have to get Theymos or someone else with secure access to the forum to verify multiple IP address and matching IP addresses on the different accounts ...
So unless you do that I can't see any way to prove they are one person that's not questionable.

Though there are ways to do that in advance, but after the fact, you'd need the forum server logs to prove or disprove one or more people.
Since CH is probably in Melb Aus, it shouldn't be too hard to do some IP address matching if he doesn't use proxies or tor ... but that forum information may be considered sacrosanct ... so you are sort of stuck there also if it's not allowed (as would be expected)
