Hrmm i am thinking how to explain it lol,

maybe this will help, in short the opposite of localized?

a bit longer version:

the exchange is distributed over the network and based on nodes which are transferring primarily just the info/data of the coins you would like to trade, but the coins will stay locally in your wallet, and that means no risk of loss or them or even us taking/stealing them, when a trade is happening then the coins will be transferred , prior that they will not be.

let me know if that makes any sense. we will make a writeup about this soon.

what means Decentralized Exchange?

i get it, makes sense more then what we have now in generally, yeah there have been many cases like, MtGox, Vicurex, Coinex, pmtocoins, just to name a few.
finally there will be a solution to avoid all that scam

in short, a way to use FIAT, i.e. USD/EUR/AUD/JPY/ and so on, we have a way to implement this function, we can not give details to how this can be achieved, but it is completely legal and will not interfere with any laws world wide in any kind of way.

so you can mine and buy Credits CRD now and use them later also in v. 2.0 and also use CRD to vote for other alt coins to be added on the CRD O.N.Exchange

Well we are planing a world wide giveaway, in ~50 countries, each 10000 Paper-wallets containing each 30CRD users are supposed to give those away to normal people along with a bit assistance and help the people who will do the giveaways will be rewarded in CRD.
So we are planning to bring new people into Crypto, fresh people,

what will it be used for?

well we will set an expire date for the Paper Wallets, once that is expired, it will come back for redistribution.

that is an excellent idea, otherwise if people will not redeem them it will just be a waste
