I just remembered that I do have his phone number, but won't call it or pass it out unless such time is warranted.

All I'm saying:

[2/13/12 4:59:44 PM] Vladimir Marchenko: http://bitcoinmagazine.co.uk is officially online
[2/13/12 5:00:19 PM] Vladimir Marchenko: we had to rush it a bit
[2/13/12 5:03:01 PM] Vladimir Marchenko: also if someone is worried about some scams please read http://bitcoinmagazine.co.uk/news/we-are-here-to-stay/

I'm perplexed as to how the time stamps were obtained.

The truth behind the creating of this thread.

I started it, somewhat, as tongue-in-cheek. At the onset, I was not that concerned. As hours passed, I grew concerned, but was always careful in my wording--just in case. You could say I was hedging my bet.

That said, I'm glad to see Matthew back, for I honestly believe he's the one guy currently able to pull this Bitcoin Magazine venture off. I have yet to subscribe to this magazine, but now am going to by purchasing a year's subscription.

In one of the other threads, Matthew referred to me a troll in regards to this issue. I have to say that he's probably correct in that assessment. Although that was not my original intent, it did take on a life of its own.

I offer up no apologies for my actions, but I do hope that Matthew has no real animosity toward me. We're both too busy to maintain a grudge, albeit I have less sex than he does.

Now get to work, you bastard!

Bruno,

Most of us know your just trolling for the LOL, and we don't take it to heart Smiley nor does Matt.

Maybe in the future, a disclaimer in your sig or something?  Cool

Sorry to necro, but epic thread is epic and you guys are all stalkers.  Cheesy

The VPS was going down because some idiot put a wordpress theme that was sending spam and causing unusually high volume on the VPS, causing it to be automatically reset--- in loop.

The problem has persisted and at my request, Vladimir is moving all of the sites (DCAO.org, bitcoinmagazine, smallpla.net, etc) to his secure hosting and we'll be slowly working on redesigning all the sites.

Really though...anyone who actually thought I scammed them, please go to hell and die. I've already had plenty of opportunity to scam and caught a rather large amount of scammers myself.

Next time something happens, ask the members of the DCAO what's going on and they'll be glad to tell you. Also, in the future, if for any reason I go awol for a short period of time, assume it has something to do with intercontinental online dating and copious amounts of sex.

Peace.

Mathew getting lucky in asia...

For Bitcoin to be a true global currency the value of BTC needs always to rise.
If BTC became the global currency & money supply = 100 Trillion then ⊅1.00 BTC = $4,761,904.76.

Anyone who knows me knows that if I were in that clip, I'd be the black car. Revenge is a dish best served without a seatbelt.
