Why can't you publicly reveal the details here?
Also, no information at all probably won't get you any fundings.

Because the idea is one that is easily replicable, but genius in itself.

If I was a investor I would rather have all the information in public rather than hidden in someones personal messages. I would seek advice from others too.

What sort of business is it? online, physical?

An NDA will not protect a unique idea in my experience. Consider getting a bank loan for something like this. If the forecasts are as high and credible as you've stated then there should be no issue.

I'm interested in this for sure. Toss me a PM with further information to check out, as well as your proposal in terms of x invested for y benefit.

Thanks.

I replied to your PM, although in order to see my plan you must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

I did and I am still waiting for your supposed business plan.

I am finished with the plan, but I am not willing to pay for you to get it notarized. If you have $20,000 to invest, then you have $20 to get it notarized. Hell it may be worth it if you can make $300,000 in dividends the first year.

So basically:

1) You ask for a NDA to protect your idea
2) You ask the LENDER to pay for a notarization of said NDA which, in fact, benefits only you.

Why should I pay from my own pocket to read something which may be well absolutely worthless? The idea is yours, you ask for something to protect it --> you pay your fees.

By asking the lender you look either like a time-waster or a scammer.

Who pays for a patent? The customer?  Grin

So all those who read the business plan, and signed the NDA...without violating the NDA... can you tell us, is this a good idea ? is the idea detailed etc etc ? I am kinda curious now heh..

OP also how do you enforce the NDA with randoms on the internet ? Do they have to supply photo ID when they sign the NDA or something ?

No one has actually read it yet. No one wants to verify the NDA with a photo ID because no one trusts me.

Not off to a good start yet then...
perhaps you should start off with something that can earn you trust.

I think people might be concerned you are putting in $300 while you want $20k.
If it was such a brilliant idea that would earn like $3-500k in such a small time frame..like you said, you would be getting money from family and friends.. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying its not a brilliant idea, in fact i'm not saying anything because we don't know what the idea is Sad

But yeah you haven't really done anything for people to trust you.... plus alot of people are quite worried about giving photo ID and rightly so... I won't give people idea's on what they could do, but photo ID can be quite valuable to people who want it for things of a devious nature.

Does the business plan have anything to do with mining ?
