Does anyone know of a setup guide for installing antminer s1's on Windows 8.1?

I found the guide for windows 7 here...https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=344970.0.

But windows 8.1 is different.

My problem is when I set the IP4V addreess I an supposed to select " obtain DNS automaticly" But that option is greyed out in win 8.1 and I can't select it. It wants to manually input an address for a DNS server which I have no idea what the address is.
I've looked thru all of the properties, IPCONFIG etc. and can't come up with a server address to input. It's a windows thing...

Can someone point me in the right direction?

DNS is not needed if you only work on your LAN. If you connect the Antminer directly just enter 127.0.0.1 as DNS. If you contact to the Antminer via a router/switch/hub/etc. in your LAN use the IP of your router as DNS:

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Thanks... right now I have the ant connected straight to the motherboard, no network involved. I bought 4 ants, so eventually my setup will be MOBO to router via wire, 4 ants via wired switch, to router wired. I've been told once I get to the ant setup console and assign it an IP, pool etc., then I can disconnect from the motherboard, set the hardware up as above, and everything should find each other.

I hope :{)
