Does sgminer not work with the pools?

I have it setup and running as per instructions, but the pool site doesn't register the worker as doing anything?

Actually I was able to mine from almost the very start.  I think I connected around block 86 or 87 which isn't so bad.  Seems most coins I get connected way later than that.

I've been mining in suprnova's pool which has been up and running since that point.

I've currently got an display issue @ the pool where hashrate seems to drop out, this is just a display issue, your hashrate is fine over all the time. I've introduced some memcache patches which should lower the load on the server, this is probably the error. I'm fixing this currently, don't worry, your rigs are stable and running fine.

Strange, I just clicked the download link and it worked for me.   Do you mean unzipping the download and locating the QT file?   That was the tricky part for me.  Inside the zip was another zip and that threw me off a bit.  lol

huge farms mining this...whats the point?

I see one guy with over 1 ghash. I can't even lease that amount of mining power.

I honestly think this is the fastest coin! I mean the second I pressed cashout from the pool, the tx had hit my wallet.

Two active pools, with a combined hash of of under 20MH

Yet there is over 20 GH on the network already.  lol

good luck with this one

there is a huge farm out there, probably a group of people with their own personal private pool, mining every shit

they can be the same that release those crappy coin

probably...

you can remove the probably, there is not other explanation as this is x13, it's not possible in this amount of time to have any fpga or asic for this algo

also i saw it with my eye, net jumped straight to 5giga all in one..

People lease hashing power.  Nothing you can do about that.  There is nothing resistant to that.  lol

for the moment..

there is in production a special coin that will limit the hash, i heard a group is working on it
