This "delay" talk is beyond fucking stupid.  Okay guys... let's talk about facts.

1. Technically, and only technically based on the original goal, sure there had been a delay. Go back and read **WHY** this happened.
2. Since that time the Cloakcoin team has been giving constant feedback about progress.
3. PoSA will come out when it's ready. I'd (and I think anybody with 1/2 a brain) would rather it be delay another week or two if that ensures it works right. The alternative being that the Cloakcoin team rushes the patch out the door and pulls a Darkcoin.


Given the situation with the PoS bug they fixed everything is going exactly as it should.  The team is doing what a good team should do. Their only minor misstep I think was building the expectations with the deadline.  But, again... let's give these guys some slack. They appear to be a good group and deserve some breathing room.

Those are all upcoming features.  You forget what has already been delivered.

1.  CloakTrade - in wallet trading.
2.  Tor implementation
3.  CloakSend 1.0 - anonymous via exchanges
4.  New design across all things Cloak (website, block explorer, wallet, etc)
5.  PoS patch - fixes network.  Other coins don't have this fix.

So...take your FUD elsewhere.  Devs have delivered on everything promised thus far and no one has a reason to believe they won't from here on out.

You make a valid point.  And I share your worry that these promises will not come to fruition.  It is certainly much easier to talk about features than to actually implement them.  And promises are very common in altcoin, yes.

Devs must embrace the DRK path! Give POSA to people, and then posa rc 2, and then posa rc 3... because none of those will work. But it matters not! People love to profit from the promises alone! The more promises, the better!

I think it is only 1 dev working on PoSA the others are doing the other stuff. So it's a fair effort for one person and remember dagger is just doing his best I keep us informed. I think you'd be a bit foolish to think this shit happens quickly, and if it does it's down to fken hard and potentially thankless work. Glad I'm not developing, these threads would depress me. Anyone here from cloak's inception knows these guys are he real deal. You take a risk on people.
