Guys,
in a couple of recent posts people claim that they are now staking / receiving interest. I thought POS would not come live until the fork after block 59knnn. I'm on the latest, patched, wallet since it has been released, am unlocked and 'ready' to stake but nothing is happening for 24hrs or so. For me that was as expected yet the posts claiming staking is alive again are now confusing / concerning me . Any comments ?
Ah: and GO CLOAK !!!
I went almost two weeks without staking. Got my first (and second) stake today. It took more than 24 hours of having my wallet open too after the last patch. I'd say just give it some time. Difficulty skyrocketed so it may depend on how many coins you have staking at the moment. I updated to the new wallet yesterday. Received 10 stakes on 7/10, but all of them remain unconfirmed (0 of 4 confirmations). I keep my wallet open 24/7, and I've confirmed I'm on the right block (58032 at the time of this posting). |

Dev's... Please build a dedicated cloak multi-pool. ASAP!
Ok sir!!! We'll stop PoSA and OneMarket right now   (that's a joke btw in case anybody decides to misinterpret). Btw, on a more serious note: Our previous dedicated multipool was going well but was costing the pool owner $150 in server costs and 3 hours a day of work. He was losing money on it when factoring in his time etc. He'd reopen it if we could get a constant 5 gh/s. I will put my 36 mh on it  Multipool,us+Cryptsy=Cloakcoin also has auto convert feature so you get cloak for whatever coins you mined |

My error rate was anywhere between 10% to 20%. I've never had that issue with any other multipool using the same settings. My error rate with the Cloak multipool was less than 1%; usually around 0.5%. |

I'm just not understanding why a 17 page coin that came outta nowhere is not stealing the spotlight claim same things cloakcoin has accomplished.

You're telling me, HYPE alone brought the value of CLOAK up to 130k+ sat? This was even during the time PoSA kept getting delayed.
Now that PoSA is officially released, we peaked at about 110k sat and went right back down.
I'm hoping its just because all the short-term cashgrab investors have gave up and left...meaning its pretty much all on us long-term holders left...i sure hope so.

havnt you guys learned buy on hype/rumor and sell on news/release. Its sad, but its the way crypto works these days. The only way to beat it is to come up with ongoing news and updates, which is pretty much impossible since implementing all these features takes time. Long term investor or no, the smart money sell at an opportune time, knowing that they can buy back much cheaper. If you're truly a long-term believer/investor in any coin, just buy and dont even look at the prices.

No shit. Anyone remember when faircoin started beating blackcoin in daily gains and everyone rushed into that disaster thinking BC was finished. Yeah... And now we have shieldcoin fanboys in this thread. Even if the guys at shield were AS GOOD as the cloak devs, look how much refinement was needed to get to where we are. It's a month of dedication and hard work. Good luck to those who jump ship. |

why are we all of a sudden feeling threatened by new coins? When Cloak was first released, VRC was doing well and keeps on doing well to this day. You do realize bashing other coins just brings more exposure to them right?
