There is a temporary windows wallet up at mega now. It is a big download though because I had to basically include some huge dll's. If you're wary about running it, just check the size of the big dll's using google for QT and your fears will be calmed.

I had this wallet tested by a couple people and nobody mentioned an issue like this, unfortunately. At the current moment we are at block 304, so it is still a new coin with lots of possibility. Anyone can still mine at this point.  My apologies to anyone who couldn't mine with Windows the past hour.

I've downloaded zip file for windows and am getting 'The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information' when running the wallet. Is it still broke for windows? any suggestions welcome?

Ok then I've started my miner and its seems to connect to the broken wallet provided i don't click the 'OK' button.

Seeing the following

Thanks for the quick response however I would not know where to or how to start with a 'linux VM'.
I will leave it running as above overnight in hope its connected and wait for the next wallet to be issued to see any results, in hope.
