To answer people's questions about the PoS schedule--the coin is a fork of X11coin and those parameters have not been changed. I previously thought it would take as little as 8 hours, but it will be much longer, on the order of 9-10 days. This is only if the coins have been parked for that long. Otherwise, it will take 9 days since you deposited them into the wallet.

There shouldn't be anything needed for the coin to stake as expected. I think we'll see the same wait times as x11coin. However, I will verify this by inspecting the code with a fine-toothed comb over the next day or two and make sure. If there are any issues I will release a new wallet build, but I don't foresee this needing to be done.

I was wondering the same thing. However, I can tell you this: I got really sick of these PoS coins that gave you 1-3% interest in a year. If you want those kinds of measly returns, go put your money in a freaking fiat bank. 

It's not fair that the only people who can make money mining these coins are the ones that have huge gpu/asic/fpga farms.  I wanted to give the average joe trucker something he could buy and make a *reasonable* amount of money on. This coin will give you what, 0.75% a day? That seems pretty good. if you have 1000 coins, you'll get a respectable 7.5 coins per day just for holding onto them.  I think this will encourage people to mine and store/buy and pull them off the exchanges, thus driving the price up further. 

Honestly, can any of you say you actually held one of the low % PoS coins for any length of time just to get the interest reward? Likely not, as it is much more profitable to dump that coin and move on to the much more profitable coin flavor of the day for a quick pump/dump. I'm really hoping that people will hold onto this coin because the reward is significant.

I have reached out to bittrex, I hear that you just need to pay them a small BTC fee to get this listed.  Hopefully some of the premine can be sold to pay for that.

This is a complicated question because there are factors that change how much will be created by PoW even though there is a defined limit. In code, there are 21,000 blocks that will be created during the PoW phase. That works out to 21.875 days ((21,000 blocks * 1.5 minutes) / 60 minutes / 24 hours), or just over 3 weeks.

However once staking has started up, it will happen concurrently to PoW block generation, so the number of blocks created solely by PoW should be reduced, likely by about 25%. See this thread:
