Jokowi, he's been a great governor. When he was nominated back in March, there was a tremendous response from the markets, and if I'm not wrong, the currency rose as well.

It seems Jokowi used as a tool by his party (PDIP) to attract the voters at legislative election time
since he pleaded not thought to be nominated for president many times, but at near legislative election time, PDIP announce jokowi will be candidate for presidential election
and i fear Jokowi will become Megawati's puppet when becoming president
Too many imaging/"pencitraan" was performed by media, to show us Jokowi is good figure, closer to the people since last years

you know when he leading jakarta, jakarta is like jungle to us
law of the jungle is life (active) in there
the strong beat the weak
the wall beetwen rich and poor is very high
and corruption in goverment system are very high


but when he comes, he beat that law
he created goverment with less corruption
slow but certainly, he and his vice created different atmosphere in jakarta
one of example is 'waduk pluit' or called Pluit reservoir
last year, that place is rundown place, and become dump
but now, pluit now become good place to relaxe in weekend and back into its function (reservoir)

One thing that I have seen in my own eyes that Indonesian bureaucracy has done well is the Kartu Jakarta Sehat by Jokowi. 2 workers in my company was sick recently, one goes to Jakarta hospital with kartu Jakarta sehat, the other went back to his kampong and goes to the hospital.

The one in Jakarta recovered in 4 days, paid less than Rp 100 000, the one in kampong spent over Rp 2 000 000 for 4 days, still sick.
