I'm 23 and I smoke 3-5 cigs a day and I'm trying to restrict it further less, 20 is way too high , sooner or later you'll realize it :p

20 a day is too heavy. Why don't you gradually reduce the number of cigarettes which you smoke? I feel bad, because you are only 19 years old, and much younger when compared to me. I'll try to reduce the number of cigarettes which I smoke, but is too much difficult because I have an higher dependence  .

So, I don't drink, and I never try a drug in my life, never one.

But I think that, later the exam when I'll starts to running, I'll reduce it with an high probability (20 to 12-10)

recently cut my cigs from 6 per day down to about 4, sometimes more.. trying to cut down to 3 now. it's easier to wean off than go cold turkey, i think.

yes they are tough on drugs in front of the camera but behind the scene cops here are nothing but a padrino if you know what it means they only get the drugs from some people of course in front of the media but after that what happen? they will distribute it again so that they will have a lot of money lol i would not say all the police here are the same some is following their rules of course but you cannot hide the corruption its everywhere

i live in the street that looks like an alley i dunno if you already see some kind of street here in philippines people dont care about it and mj tree here is not like california tree and its only 3 pieces so far but it is very useful to my family specially if one has a upset stomach mom will only brew some leaves

Have you ever considered replacing the cigarettes with e-cigs? Doesn't matter that you don't drink or do drugs. Cigarettes do much more harm to your body than normal quantities of alcohol.
