I vaporize weed.

Vaping is a healthier alternative to smoking your herbs.
Vaporizing is a common technique for consuming marijuana, while at the same time bypassing the many irritating respiratory toxins that exists within the grown marijuana flower and are released when smoked.

My mother has breathing issues and suffers from chronic pain.  I bought her a vaporizer a few months back and can attest to how well they work.  It helps with her pain more so she uses a lot less, and her brething issues are far less than when she was smoking joints.

This is the one I bought: http://arizer.com/store/en/home/31-arizer-solo-portable-diffuser.html

I've used it myself and the thing works great!  It even shuts off after 10 minutes so it won't kill the battery if you forget to shut it off yourself.

Wishing you success. Careful about substituting smoking with food, especially sweets. You may want to consider healthy snack foods like carrot and celery sticks. Even nuts would be a better choice. Finding hobbies and activities that keeps your mind and hands busy helps.

i don't understand why do people smoke

Regarding tobacco... why do people eat unhealthy food? Similar thing, I think. It gives a good feeling (calms nerves, slight euphoria maybe), then it's addictive. With cannabis, many actually consider it medicine for many things, so....

Totally agree on the additive-free. Once I switched over, I could never go back to Marlboros (used to smoke 27s). My regular smokes are the black American Spirits; maybe I will give those Nats a try. Smiley

Damn! That's some tough work.  But hey, whatever it takes to quit.

Came across this video the other day, if I was a smoker of cigarettes, I'd quit cold turkey. Good representation of what it's doing to the lungs.

Meh, comments like these make me want to smoke all the more often sometimes.... but really, it's the self-righteous, judgmental type of people that bother me. Smoking is just a personal decision.... we all have our vices.

No I do not smoke nor i take tobacco . Those are the bad habits that developed in the childhood when we see our surrounding  people to do that

during that age we never know the implication of smoking or tobacco and we start taking them for fun and to look different than others.

But these bad thing finally becomes habit and nicotine of tobacco may result in mouth cancer and other more dangerous diseases.

I wish the whole world to become a tobacco free
