Been trying to stop smoking tobacco for years now, managed to give up for a while once but as soon as shit hits the fan I start up again. Curse you nicotine...

So I have a fishing trip in about a week here.
Afterwards my plan is to quit smoking cold turkey...
Does anyone have any recommendations...what to do to get through cravings...my plan is to exercise....I figure after you exercise you really don't want a smoke anyway...
Any other thoughts would be helpful!

I tend to smoke weed like alot of people and yes its my crutch. And no I haven't smoked tobacco since being a young teenager, im glad i never got addicted to those things, they smell bad and are just disgusting in everyway.

ill handcuff you to the shower and put an apple in your mouth with the water running on cold then you handcuff me to the bed and go to town.. just dont BURN the house down with your hot ass oven cus i will be dead and you will be gone

Sun Flower seeds can help alot, try eating a bag or two a day of the salted seeded sun flower seeds, make sure to spit out the shell  |

A friend of mine quit cold turkey from 2-3 packs a day -- crazy. He said he got through the first few days doing nothing else differently, but then found that chewing sunflower seeds and toothpicks helped get him through. |

I LOVE Amnesia Haze. I only got my hands on it one time -- had I known, I would have stocked up quite a bit more. This was last summer. Old favorites are Haze (original landrace), Chem Dawg, Pure Kush, Cherry Pie (Durban/Purple/OG). We should start a weed strain thread. |
