The wait is over. Now Bitcoinica supports email notifications for order executions, non-instant deposits (Bitcoins and wires) and withdrawals. Simply click "Notify" on an order to enable notification for order execution! In the future, we will implement notifications for margin calls and "forgot password". We hope you like this little new feature!

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

OMG Z is goin short! Seriously tho, thanks for the feature. One question: do you have plans to make option to edit orders? Cos now one needs to cancel and create new. There are three ways of editing orders: - Directing to another page: it's painfully slow. Rejected. - Modal window: it's still slower than canceling and place again. Rejected. - In-place editing: it causes user errors easily. Rejected. I don't think it's a necessary feature to have. So there's no plans for that. :-/

So there's no plans for that. :-/ I have a simple solution for that: Just add/substract new orders from previous orders. So when I have a limit buy @ 4 for 100 BTC I can: -Place another limit buy @ 4 for 10BTC causing the order to show 110 BTC limit buy @ 4 -Place a limit sell @ 4 for 10BTC causing the order to show 90 BTC limit buy @ 4 -Place another order altogether, causing the window to show 2 separate orders.

For real though, the addition of notifications is an excellent improvement... It should save me a lot of time.
