will there be an official "final" launch release posted?  and will that be posted in this thread?

There will be an ANN thread posted. I link to that will be posted in the TEST RELEASE and PRE ANN threads.

thank you.

it appears with this new release i am able to run both my laptop behind my upnp router.  so that's good news!

Any chance of source for self-compiling ? Not everyone has Ubuntu/Debian and dynamic linking binary is pain in *** to handle IMHO.
Thanks in advance.

Source will be released along with the binaries. Basically same building instructions as bitcoin but you also need libgmp-dev

New release, some bugs were present in last one unfortunately. No resync or anything required to upgrade. This is pretty much it. Launch commit time, only difference with final release will be genesis for mainnet. Good luck!

New builds up. Testnet chain is reset, you will need to delete data folder before switching to new build. Resync option does not work for this.

Latest: 14072717
Now M7 is broken even worse, mpz_import starts from sha512 (second hash in a buffer?) and last mpz number is initialized with data from stack area below the buffer. How does the testnet even run with this? Cool

EDIT: not changed in 14072718

no you can't use same one. notice the current builds crash without -testnet. Release build obviously won't have that problem.

And  also  the  cryptonite.conf file.
