Hi roger46,

You do not know how to ask questions.
What is 'minerd 2.5.0'?
Please ask a question after studying a bit in the mining forum.
Please read the OP of this thread.

Thanks,
motty

Huge drop over last few weeks, but new wallet is out and dev is active.

Any other news?

some update from devs?

Updates on what? This is one of the most actively developed alt coins on the market. Only last week a new lightweight Electrum wallet for FujiCoin was released. I have a lot of faith in FujiCoin. FujiCoin to the moon!  Wink Grin Smiley

Hi,

you need to make your own research. This is the only way you gonna feel comfortable with your investment.

You need to understand what makes a coin special

Mining is for securing the network.
Network needs to be secure so people uses it without problem.
Value comes from market adoption. therefore you need to research what is the market of the coin (if it has one)
In this case, seems it's preatty clear...

I would be able to host a Fujicoin-electrum server if you like. I saw that the source code is available on GitHub for the server. I wonder if it would be possible to run this on a raspberry pi..  Huh Tongue

Hi MoonWhale,

The electrum-FJC's server needs absolute trust.
So, it is difficult for you to operate the server.

You can trust me, I promise. I want FujiCoin to continue to be a stable, reliable, successful coin.  Smiley

I understand about the Electrum server. However I might suggest it is probably wise to have at least two or three Electrum servers running in case one cannot be accessed.

You therefore understand the server must be run by a trustworthy person right?
Don't wanna say you're not, but you've been in FJC for how long? This can not be done by anyone...

I understand.  Cool

I think it's an important point about having more than one server though. Provided there are at least two servers in two separate locations, it should be fine.
