Now yes I've trolled goldcoin probably more then any other alt, even dumped on its runs, but equally I believe in not trading on emotion.
One thing I've notice across the old scrypt coins of late is panic mode, many are changing algos, and even going to pos in a ditch to save themselves.
Arguing that going POS will, with the help of multipools save them, and push scrypt (who get pillaged by multipools) over the edge, longterm though I think this is a zero sum game, after you've finished pillaging the scrypt how can multipools then support ur POS coin.....
Goldcoin though seems to be taking a different route, improving itself, adding a defense against multipools and improving its client, not getting tied up in panic mod.
Perhaps its on the winning strategy for longterm survival?
