Just an idea, Maybe Javis can get in contact with Bittrex and Poloniex and give them updates on what your plans are and show them somehow that this coin is moving forward. If they like your ideas and think it's a money maker they will not even think about delisting the coin because the volume is low right now.

The old coins can't be honored if anyone missed the swap because the first block covered them, Jarvis can't just roll everything back to the beginning now.

Bittrex and Poloniex only keep coin on there exchanges that have volume. Volume in the whole crypto currency space is on the decline recently. In regards to XHC people just are not buying or trading it. I can not create demand. I noticed after the restoration that the volume was absent. It sucks because I dedicated a lot of time to restore XHC.
