After some emails with Support, you finnaly told me my bonus was already cleared.  But not added to my account.  Its pretty lame I would say - it's been days and many emails to get this answers, so I continued betting on game to clear the bonus for nothing.  If it's a mistake, correct it asap - its been many ''mistakes'' since I first tried BetVip.  If it's an angle shot to keep me betting (or hoping I'll forget the bonus), it's much worst.  Both way, if you want to succeed, you have to be better then that.

It is in no way an angle to keep you betting. We normally only give a client a 100% 1st time deposit bonus up to the value of 1 BTC. In your case you were given an extra 25% as a bonus. This is what has been showing on the site for over 4 hours now and no response to emails to support nor an update put on here so far.

Seven hours now....no response here, from their twitter account or from 2 emails to support.
Plus I now find out this happened yesterday.

I got a reply a few hours ago apologising,  and was told someone would be on here to elaborate.
