Why there is no cash option? All the payment methods I see are centralized/KYC.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Why there is no cash option? All the payment methods I see are centralized/KYC.

There is really no good way for arbitrators to verify that a cash payment has been made, so it is hard to implement.
Maybe in future we will think of something.
