This casino was recently audited by authorities in the USA, and is a fraud casino.....
Hi there Sean, Just because you're unhappy with the casino it doesn't give you the right to spread slanderous rumors. You know just as well as us that this is a complete lie, so no need to fabricating it. Mike

Hi there, I'm not sure of your definition of a "Scam", but following the terms and conditions of the site would not qualify as a scam by any standards. That doesn't just apply to us or a casino, that goes for any industry in the world. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the site, then I hope you find another site that suits you better, but if you want to play at BitStarz, the rules has to be followed. Kind Regards, Mike

While I think it is unfair the way Bitstarz has been attacked here, It does bring up the need for casino's to be more for the player if they want to remain in good standing with today's customer base.
What we want you to change is during a bonus period the max bet is restricted by the software on your site. That might mean bitstarz putting pressure on their software providers like NETENT, This is something a large percent of your player base wants, You should listen to your customers.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback first of all. We've mentioned that this is actually under development, and it is from our end. Until then we have to reply on the terms and conditions, but I can assure you that we have developers working on a solution for this. Kind regards, Mike

Just to clarify this as well,
The technical implementation to get a max bet limitation on our games for play with bonus money is developed by the provider of our platform, and it does not only affect BitStarz but a bunch of other casinos as well using their product.
I'd like to thank everyone that had consecutive feedback regarding the technical implementation of a max bet with bonus money, and I'd like to again mention that this is under development and we'll keep you posted on the progress.

Besides the max bet limit, what other reasons you will reject a payment? I remember you have other cases to refuse pay winners

Besides the max bet limit, what other reasons you will reject a payment? I remember you have other cases to refuse pay winners Hi there, Well, you have to understand that it's quite a rare occurrence. 99.99% of all players in the casino have no problem what so ever with us and we have no problem with them. But there's a super small minority of players who could engage in fraudulent behavior of various kinds. Trying to open multiple accounts to get free spins, opening multiple accounts to take multiple welcome offers, double spenders, etc. These could risk of having winnings confiscated due to abusing the casino. The one you might be referring to that's been discussed online lately was a player who normally played in BTC but decided to use a credit card as well, upon we asked him to provide a copy of this card, which is a normal procedure which all card users have to do. Could that be the one? Nevertheless the issue was resolved, player paid and is still a frequent visitor of the casino! Mike

I like the way Bitstarz are trying to appeal to the BCT community, I think people should review their definitions of what they are accusing them of.
RHavar is a member I have seen around a lot in the gambling forums (I almost exclusively read the gambling section) and he should know that bitstarz shouldn't be blamed for a customer/gambler not doing his due diligence when accepting free money from a casino. I think you should review your negative feedback dude.

Hi there, I appreciate the nice words here. All we're trying to do is put all the information out there and then people can make an educated decision. Then, with everything on the table, if people don't agree with the terms or don't like our offers, or any other reasons, I sincerely hope that person will find another casino they like. I think it's easier to side with David rather than Goliath in these cases, but before disagreeing with anything in life, I believe it's important to get ahold of as much information as possible in order to make the best possible decision. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. About the industry in general or about BitStarz. Mike

The player in question accidentally broke some of the fine print on the terms of service by betting too much. He was neither stopped or warned by the software. When he won money from unrelated bets, that were not in excess of any casino limits, his entire account balance was cleared only when he wanted to withdraw. Those are the facts. If you're cool with that -- then bitstarz sounds like a great casino, and I'd encourage you to play there. I personally would've been horrified if it happened to me, and view it as pretty scammy behavior. Apparently I'm not the only oneI've made numerous suggestions to betstarz how to make their policy more fair (e.g. revert ALL violating bets, be them wins or loses) but they've shown zero interest in actually doing right by their players. That said, if they fix their policy (which they say they're doing) and return the misappropriated funds to players they've taken, I'd be more than happy to remove my negative trust as I'm sure would some of the other people who have left it as well.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Hi there, To answer the question once again. Technical implementation takes time to develop, and point taken, it's under development but it's nothing that unfortunately can be done over night. This is done by our platform and is affecting multiple casinos out there who wishes to have the same solution. The positive thing here is that it will benefit all of us and it's under development. Again, calling; following one of the most common rules online a "scammy behavior" I'm not sure if I agree. One can always argue that we're not clear enough with posting the terms (which we again do in multiple spots, including emails, promotion page, etc), but we're doing our best to notify you until the technical implementation is there. You also have to understand that reverting violating bets is practically impossible as it's registered on the server, we have to pay fees on it to our providers and it would be extremely time consuming beyond what's reasonable. As mentioned, we are working on a technical solution which would be best for all of us, but kindly note this is a limitation by the provider of our software and the issues lies within it, and it takes time. Mike

Just the slightest accident of over betting will cause them to lose any withdrawals.

While I am all for this change and I am happy it is happening (I have wanted bet restrictions implemented by the software for a long time) The player is who is at fault here, I have been playing at bitstarz for many years, The terms and conditions were there at the time of his play. So maybe gamblers should do more research before they play, Then the community would be far better off. Instead of these misplaced scam screams that only dilute the real cases of casino scam victims.

How many cashouts have you cancelled because of this 5 euro / .025 btc max bet rule? What is the total of these cancelled cashouts? ALso, out of curiosity, what % of players manage to clear a 100% deposit bonus at Bitstarz? (btw, sorry haven't gotten back to you about the podcast. There was no time last week and it was cancelled this week. Hopefully we can work it out for an upcoming show)
