The weekly award is going to be progressive, so if there won't be anybody new topping the "top winner" chart this week the prize pool will increase next week. It will function sort of like a JACKPOT with a starting seed of 0.5 BTC. With time the prize will be harder to win and also the prize pool will increase making the next player who will top up the "top winners" chart very happy.

Thats correct. Right now we are accepting credit cards trough paypal but we plan to introduce separate card processing so you would not need paypal account.

Regarding the exchange rate its hard to say exactly but it is around BTCE +5% or Bitstamp +3-4%. This fees might go up for 3 % in the second month when the promotional period expires.
