Ups, I found the problem. I didn't realize I was connected to the neighbors wifi which obviously doesn't allow the connections.

intersting is, that the "available only"-supply changes, if i repeat it. Why is a lot of amount locked after sending?

^Is it the same wallet address in the .address.txt file? Are you sure it's the same wallet - maybe you created a new one with different password? Did you created it on win 32 or 64? Is this the same system?
Have found this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.msg7717440#msg7717440Anybody tried moving an old wallet from 32bit to 64bit ? If so ... any issues? I'm trapped with funds on a 32bit system at the moment and don't have access to a 64bit system yet.

If a transaction doesn't appear in the blockchain while the wallet seems to have sent it, you can delete the wallet.bin file and reopen using the wallet.bin.keys to rescan all transactions. The unspent coins will be back.
Always have a backup of your files, especially the .keys file.

I seem to have a slight problem missing 400 XMR Confirmed vs Unconfirmed balance
I have refreshed a few times and closed/reopened the wallet multiple times,
This has been going on for over 24hr/s is there anyway to fix it ?
Edit : just saw the post above
Is this a problem if I dont have my 24word key that it generated at the start ?

^You don't need the 24 words for this one. Just keep your .keys file safe and backup it and you'll be OK.

I never seen that error, I cannot help him. Can someone help ? Download the final version from the OP (0.8.8, updated: June 11th). Backup the .keys file. Delete the .bin file (not the .keys). Open the wallet as ususal - a new .bin file will be created based on the .keys. After sync it should be fine.

After delete bin my wallet show correct amount of transaction and coin in wallet, but still not update after that. Blockchain is up date, but new transaction not shoing in wallet.

I got nothing. I recall seeing that error when testing an early release of MoneroClient.net, I think its caused by one of two things: (a) entering the wrong wallet password or (b) Using an imported wallet.bin file from a different version of simplewallet, either different release or from different OS Looking at some notes I have I see that error quite often, but it is usually followed by the wallet then loading ok, so I suspect its not related to your problem. Entering the "refresh" command should make simplewallet scan the new blocks in the blockchain for any txes which belong to your wallet address - if you are expecting to see more coins received/sent but that's not happening then I suspect the problem is actually with your bitmonerod

If it continue, re-dowload a fresh blockchain from the Monero main thread.

^Is this your transaction rejected (your daemon could reject another transaction, which is not yours)? What's the message in the wallet? Are you using the version from the OP? Did you tried to restore your .bin file based on the .keys file?
