I would be cautious with that website. 

A legit seller is my friend over at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=514758.0 .  Both the hosted and shipped miner prices were reduced on Dragon 1T's.

Seems to look like a scam. The man in the YouTube video owns the website http://www.lightningasic.com and other scam impersonating sites have popped up such as http://www.lightningasic.me

I had a buyer in St. Louis point out that site.  Said his friend was going to order one. I'll post again, if he ever receives it.  I'm calling scam as one of those to good to be true deals.
